Happy Birthday Virgo 2026

As a Virgo, service is your primary lesson whether it’s serving yourself or others. Of late, however, the line between the two has become substantially blurred. It’s almost like when you’re serving yourself, you get this nagging feeling that there is something you should be doing for others but can’t quite put your finger on what that is. And when you’re serving others, there’s a little voice that crops up in the back of your head that says,”What about me?” It’s almost like there are two distinct tracks that are running in your playbook that have nothing to do with each other.
This is not the only place that a confusing dichotomy is taking place. Your career situation and your public image are also going through some erratic changes. Many contradictions are arising to the surface from many different sources. As soon as you handle one issue, another one comes to bear that seems to undermine what you’ve just done. The only difference between the two is that in your employment, the splitting of your energy is a lot more pressing and dominant, especially, since this is your main avenue of financial support.
Many things are happening in the astrological world. Suffice it to say that you are being forced to choose what your service is about and who should receive it. Your task is to be discriminating and truthful about who actually needs and deserves the support that you are able to offer. In this, your powers of observation are being tested. Can you separate the truly needy from those who feign helplessness? The “feigners” have had the last three and a half years to scam others into taking care of what they should be doing themselves. The tide has turned as of the end of July. Can you now tell the difference between those in earnest and those who are trying to scam you? This lesson is also teaching you that it’s okay to say no even though you may be accused of doing what others are doing themselves. Call them out on their façade and do not argue about culpability. Silence is the best mirror.
One last note. In your career, call things as they are. Do not commiserate with the “complainers” in your job. Their lesson is to fess up and become accountable for their own issues. Your job is to keep your actions above board and to walk your talk. Fear not. Everything will come out in the wash. Let nature take its course. Not everyone is where they should be. Don’t be the one to “save” anyone else. Be the light house not the rescue boat. Everyone will eventually find their level without your help…
September 2026 Astrolights

Until September 11th we are still under the effect of the lunar eclipse in Pisces having occurred on the 28th. Generally, the eclipse influence time is a six-week window from two weeks before the first one until two weeks after the second. This time period foretells of the types of issues that will come forward and persist for the next six months until the next pair of eclipses in February. So, we should keep a journal for each six-week period.
On the 10th, Mercury moves into Libra, Venus moves into Scorpio and Uranus turns retrograde in Gemini. We also have a new Moon in Virgo the day after. Our attitudes and choices of who serves who and why are now unclear. Remember, we’ve just had the lunar nodes move out of Virgo-Pisces and into Leo-Aquarius on July 28th. Our perspective on service has just gone through a shift and we need to be weaning out the freeloaders and vetting the people who actually need what we might have to offer. There will be many who jabber a good game, but we must look at the practical side of who actually needs what we might have to offer and why. After discriminating our options depending on our own values, we must “grow a set” and become able to say no to the scammers when we feel that their reasoning for being “helped” has holes in it. They’ve had nineteen months of open season on us taking advantage of our desire to serve and be compassionate. This door slammed shut on July 28th. It’s time for their accountability to come to the fore.
On a brighter note, we have the fall equinox occurring on the 23rd. This is the reorientation phase of the year where we must look at our accomplishments, what we’ve let go of and what we have assessed to be necessary to complete any projects that we still have in motion from the previous winter solstice. This is essentially a streamlining of our energies. Our major letting go will occur on Halloween just before the next winter solstice. At these times, ask yourself what habits and projects have outlived their usefulness and applicability. These are also times when people who are not aligned with our goals and objectives must be let to fall away. Just look at the fall and what nature does and follow suit. Happy fall equinox!
