​Opening Interview & Assessment (No Charge) - Your first session will be an interview where we determine the potential for a constructive rapport between us. Together we will discuss and assess your emotional history, personal goals, focused concerns, present conditions, your response patterns to those conditions, your family structure, what you would like to take away from our sessions and how my coaching is conducted and structured. If we decide that we’d like to work together, we’ll set up a comfortable and flexible schedule working around your commitments, establish some ground rules, discuss our payment choices and set our first appointment. 1/2 hr

Module 1 - WHAT & WHY? – For many of us we feel stymied or even blocked by people or circumstances as they trigger patterns and perspectives in us that leave us puzzled as to how we could be filled with such discouraging reactions. This module explores our emotional history seeking out prior experiences and formed family rapports that set us up for personal defeat through undermining our Self-Trust and Confidence. Insight is the first step in allowing our hearts to recognize the difficulty and choose a new direction. Passive steps are incorporated in your daily focus for building Self-Trust and Confidence. Insight and discovery foundations for Module one. 1/2 hour $55.

Module 2 - HOW? – Once we discover the origins of the our adapted patterns and the emotional inertia that stands in our way of realizing our personal goals and wishes, our task then becomes finding a way to replace those patterns and experiences with new ones disarming the old and empowering our motivational consistency and personal drive toward realizing our emotional freedom and manifested desires. Socially interactive steps are incorporated in your daily focus for building Self-Trust and Confidence. Planning and follow-through are the essence of Module Two. 1/2 hour $55.

Module 3 - LET’S DO THIS! – Having uncovered our emotional inhibitions and put new methods in play for insuring our emotional freedom we begin looking for ways to clarify and strengthen our Self-Trust and Confidence, supercharge our motivation and streamline and accelerate our path toward realizing our wishes and desires. Redefining our boundaries and fine tuning our desires are intrinsic to utilizing our learned skills in Module Three. 1/2 hour $55.

PLEASE NOTE - Moving through the three modules follows our progression of awareness as we clarify our dreams and wishes. It’s important to know that we can operate simultaneously through different issues but in different modules for each depending on the people and circumstances we are involved with. So, over all we are not restricted to moving linearly and concurrently with all our life experiences at the same time. Different issues can move us through different modules and at different intensities and speeds. We may begin a set of issues with different modules depending on the progress we’ve made on our own before going into session. At the initial interview we can decide where it would be best to start.

Subsequent Sessions - PERIODIC “TUNE-UP” – Occasionally, we find circumstances that counteract the flow and intensity of our newly empowered motivation. Old patterns may become inadvertently triggered or we may encounter people who have put into motion coercive dynamics that we don’t understand or haven’t encountered before. We’re always fine tuning our responses in our relationships and we’re always learning about new ways for interacting. Deconstructing and relationship assessment are the bases for a Periodic “Tune-Up.” 1/2 hour $55.

ACCELERATE PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS – There are times when we need to “ramp up” our management and participation skills in upcoming or newly added projects or assignments. In highly competitive financial or creative environments we must assume that effective competition has had training in skills that not only augment their efforts but minimize our potential and effectiveness. The majority of these implemented dynamics will directly address our Self-Trust in our ability to handle challenge “on the fly.” Other dynamics will be strategic ploys set as traps to misdirect or deflate our efforts. The session does not address ploys or personal assaults but focuses on maintaining composure, accelerating advantages and quickly moving past deflating attempts made on our Self-Trust and our ability to recognize these dynamics as “part of the game” while not taking them as personal assaults. 1/2 hour $55.

Personal sessions are conducted over the phone or via media such as Zoom. Group sessions will be conducted via webinar. Personal sessions may be recorded in MP3 format and sent after session. There are no guarantees as to the quality or availability of recordings as equipment is subject to malfunction. Webinars will be recorded and may be offered at future dates for purchase. All sessions must be paid in advance. Payment confirms and reserves dates and times. Cancellations for sessions (30) thirty days prior to the event may receive a full refund. Cancellations for sessions (14) days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Once an event or session has begun, there will be no refunds.
