Your career has just encountered a shift. It ends a two-and-a-half-year pattern. You now need more strength, stability and accountability if you are to be successful. The best perspective to deal with this from is to assess the assets you receive from your career. Do they align with your hopes and wishes? Do they provide what you need to sustain yourself? Whatever you want or do now, it must come from your own independent efforts. DO NOT rely on others to fulfill your needs and aspirations.

You may find that in dealing with authority figures, the rapport that you’ve been used to has also changed. Many bosses and authorities are neither as patient nor non-forgiving of anyone’s shortcomings as they’ve been in the past. The boon time for the helpless whiner has ended. They must now deal with their own issues and not guilt others into taking care of them.

Dealing with your weight may now become a problem. Make sure your diet is proper and wean yourself off snacks and fast food. This will last for about a year. The tendency to eat to feel secure will feel very strong. You must now discipline yourself more closely.

You will have to fight the urge to complain about details. It will be easier to commiserate with others about them and feel “connected.” But nothing will be done. If you don’t like what you see, you must take care of it yourself. Be careful. Others who hold on to helpless patterns of behavior will attempt to co-opt you into taking care of their discrepancies. Don’t bite. This is part of their learning experience too.

Your key for accomplishing anything now is independent work. No one cares about how you feel about it. Just do it. This may compromise some of the family rapport that has be allowed to develop. Good! Everyone in the family must learn to become an equal contributor. Doing this will gain you respect and adjust any dysfunctional family patterns that have been playing on your energy and resources. They may not “like” you for a while, but they will eventually come around. “Tough love” may be necessary to free you. Have courage. Just do what needs to be done and move on. You’ll be much happier in the long run…

July 2025 Astrolights

We begin the month with Neptune in Aries turning retrograde on the 4th and Venus and Uranus entering Gemini on the 4th and the 7th respectively. All the whining of the “entitled” is finally falling on deaf ears. After fourteen years of hearing “I am oppressed. You must fix my misfortune,” those who attempted to guilt us into taking care of their “issues” or we will be “cancelled” have finally met their karma. Neptune’s, and Saturn’s ingress have made it necessary for everyone to take care of their own issues and be transparent about it. Tough love is on the rise and none too soon. It appears that merit and common sense are also on the rise.

On another note, Uranus moving into Gemini will be changing how we send and perceive communication. AI (Artificial Intelligence) is slowly making it impossible to know if what we’re seeing in videos, hearing or reading is actually true. Cheap fakes, Photo Shopping, ChatGPT and computer communications are becoming a mainstream and rampant reality making it impossible to assess reality. This is fertile ground for metastasizing plagiarism.  AI is and will be essentially taking human creativity and originality out of our hands. We are and will be stuck in the mud of only what is already known since AI simply rearranges, repackages and regurgitates what we already know but presents it as being brand new and in a “flashier” format. Unless we get a handle on how we think and write with AI, our creative world will be very different seven years from now…and not in a healthy way. On the positive side of this, it is forcing all of us to trust ourselves and our own intuition more than trusting “the authority” and “the science.”

On the 10th the Moon becomes full in Capricorn. By then we will know the future path of our government and economy. We will also have a clear understanding of our path and our career and what we must sacrifice in order to realize it. As Saturn turns retrograde in Aries on the 13th, we will also have a small reprieve in how fast things of a structural nature have been changing. This will last until he retrogrades back into Pisces on September 2nd. Then, we will have to deal with the remnants of the “helpless ones” who have been the holdovers while still trying to blackmail us into taking care of their issues with accusations of racism and homophobia if we don’t. However, their guilt will no longer have a effect on us. Saturn will return to Aries in February and finally put this to rest.

On the 18th Mercury will turn retrograde in Leo. This will give us a chance to straighten out our messed up educational system, hopefully, by removing perverted sexual content from grade school access and making available school choice before the fall semester. It also goes without saying that our communication issues will be “off” until Mercury returns to direct motion on August 11th.

Lastly, with a new Moon  on the 24th and Venus entering Cancer on the 31st, our traditional values should begin to return, especially, where our children and their education are concerned.
